What to Expect
At the start of the Bali Canyoning Tour you will be picked up from your hotel by the driver and driven to Gigit in the North of Bali. After safety lessons and instruction on how to use a harness and other climbing equipment you will abseil over the edge of your first waterfall. This will only be a small one, but by the end of the day you could be abseiling down waterfalls that are more than 15 meters high.
The pace for the day is set early. On the Bali Canyoning tour you will follow a well established track that takes you from waterfalls to cliff jumps and even rapids. Each of the three different routes leads you through some of the most beautiful scenery in the highlands of Bali. Your canyoning tour will be a chance to have fun and enjoy yourself in a safe environment.
Halfway through the day you will stop to have lunch. The day ends with the chance to put all of what you’ve learnt into action. You will abseil over the highest waterfall on the route. For the Complete Canyoning Tour, this will be over 26 meters high. It will definitely be one of the highlights of your trip to Bali.
Canyoning in Bali is a lot of fun. This is definitely for people who really enjoy the outdoors and like an adrenaline rush. This is a great activity for families with teenage children, but it’s a lot of fun however old you are. The all inclusive Bali canyoning packages can be arranged through Discover Your Indonesia. Hi,
We’re a group of students from Outdoors Activity Clubs(ODAC), Singapore University of Technology and Design(SUTD) and we’re planning an expedition trip to Bali at the end of the year.
For our Expedition, we plan to do waterfall abseiling and cliff-diving. We see that you offer packages which covers both activities, however, due to budget constraints as well as our planned schedule, we would like to enquire if your company offers customised package to meet our needs?
We are looking for a package that is less costly per pax, with lesser activities and shorter in duration.
Kindly do advise us if you are able to offer a customised package for us.
Thank you
Regards,
Nicholas

Hi Nicholas. I’ve just sent you an email regarding your enquiry. Look forward to your response.
Hi,
My 9 year old son and I are visiting from Hawaii – he is used to jumping off waterfalls so i am wondering if you have age restrictions?
Aloha,
Tiffany
Aloha Tiffany 🙂
Unfortunately there are age restrictions. Participants need to be at least 16 years of age.
Hi, if I understand correctly the age restriction is 8?
Hi Vanny,
Not sure about age restriction, but I think minimum there is a minimum height. I can’t remember whether it is 100 cm or 150 cm.
When are you planning to do this?
Hi,
Is knowing how to swim a requirement for these activities?
Hi Ashleigh, yes you have to be able to comfortably swim for a short distance, maybe up to 50 m.
